No! It is illegal to light off fireworks in a public space. It is not only a danger to you and everyone around you in a public space but it is especially dangerous to our Fireworks crew on the dock. This includes lighting fireworks off in neighboring parking lots, etc.. This is inclusive to sparklers, fountains, and smoke bombs. Absolutely NO Fireworks! Leave it to the professionals, please.

The show is best viewed in Binsfield Bayshore Park. However, the show is visible from almost everywhere in town. For a more sensory friendly show, we recommend not being in the park directly. Please be respectful of where you choose to watch from and watch out for emergency signs and signs regarding other businesses in the area.

This is very situational. If we are able to transport and set up the Fireworks safely without ruining anything, we will try to move forward with the show. If there is lightening in the area, we will have to push it to the following day due to safety. We have lit the show off in pouring rain in the past, so it does not stop us unless the weather becomes a safety risk.

We always do Fireworks on the 4th of July. It starts getting dark around 10:30-11:30pm ish. We recommend you are seated around 10:30pm but cannot give a definitive start time. A lot of factors play into the perfect timing to have the best show possible. It all depends on the weather, clouds, and the day itself.

They are lit off in Binsfield Bayshore Park and can be seen to some degree from almost everywhere in the town of Munising.
